Dan combines detailed preparation and strategic case management with experienced and effective advocacy.
He works closely with instructing solicitors to identify the central issues early, to assemble the necessary factual and expert evidence, and to assess liability and quantum risk carefully. Where appropriate, he seeks to advance matters toward timely and commercially sensible resolution — whether through direct negotiation or mediation — while preparing thoroughly and conducting hearings with skilled and effective advocacy where determination by the court is required.
